  • Most clients describe the treatment as mild discomfort rather than pain. A topical numbing cream is used throughout the procedure to keep you comfortable.

  • Results typically last between 12-18 months depending on the treatment, skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure and skincare routine.

  • Microblading creates hair-like strokes using a manual tool. Nanobrows create hair-like strokes using a machine and are often longer lasting. Microshading creates a soft powder effect and is often recommended for oily skin types.

  • Lip Blush enhances natural lip colour and definition. Lip Neutralization is a colour-correction treatment designed for darker, cooler-toned or unevenly pigmented lips.

  • Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your appointment and caffeine on the day of treatment. For lip procedures, clients prone to cold sores should speak with their doctor about preventative medication before treatment.

  • Semi permanent makeup may not be suitable for clients who are pregnant, have certain medical conditions, active skin infections, or are undergoing specific medical treatments. Your technician will review your suitability during consultation.

  • Brows and lips will appear darker immediately after treatment before softening during healing. Most clients experience mild flaking and colour changes during the first 7-14 days.

  • We generally recommend waiting 2-4 weeks between Botox, fillers and semi permanent makeup treatments. Your technician will advise based on the treatment performed.

  • Avoid swimming pools, saunas, steam rooms and excessive sweating for approximately 7-14 days or until the area has healed.
